Who we are

DocuDig, Inc. operates this marketing website at docudig.ai. This policy explains what personal information we collect through the marketing site, how we use it, and the choices available to California consumers under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).

Information we collect

  • Identifiers and professional information you submit via the demo / contact forms: name, work email, firm or organization, role, and the free-text problem statement you share.
  • Internet or network activity: source page, referrer, UTM campaign parameters if present, a one-way hash of your User-Agent, and resolved country-of-origin.
  • Consent signals you record via the "Do Not Sell or Share" link, stored in a first-party cookie and written to our consent event log.

How we use it

To respond to your request, route you to the appropriate DocuDig representative, and keep an audit record of lead origin for business reporting. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention

Lead submissions are retained for up to 24 months from the submission date. Consent event records are retained indefinitely as compliance evidence.

California consumer rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect about you
  • Request deletion of your personal information
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information
  • Limit use of sensitive personal information
